He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a B.A. in Psychology and an MBA in International Business. He has worked part time in education for 35 years. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Psychology. She has 3 years of experience working as a volunteer tutor for elementary and middle school students.
